The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in teaching English to adult learners in a variety of contexts and methods.
- Have strong knowledge of and the ability to teach grammar.
- Have the ability to work with an established lesson plan and maintain pacing of the daily schedule.
- Preferably have a B.A. or M.A. in TESOL or related field.
- Provide a communicative component to the curriculum.
- Facilitate second language learning.
- Conduct classes in an engaging, interactive and enthusiastic manner that is facilitative and student-centered.
