Private College in the North Atlanta area is currently accepting applications for an ESL Division Manager.
The position is responsible for educational outcomes in the assigned division, which encompasses faculty and student retention rate, curricula, lesson planning implementation, and program evaluation. Assists with faculty selection, assignment, development and performance. Provides direction and leadership to ensure student satisfaction and achievement rates. The principal responsibility is to achieve the budgeted retention rate.
The ESL Division Manager position requires experience in teaching ESL to adults and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, management experience preferred. Bilingual a plus.
